The person who helped me at the time of my visit was very helpful and brought a potential problem with my banking to my attention. For which I would have never known about. I switched to this bank because I was tired of the poor customer service of Suntrust bank, and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service of Fidelity Bank, where you can really talk to the bank personel and they are always willing to help you, branch manager, tellers and employees are wonderful, I truly recommend Fidelity Bank.
