Mary the bank manager was so great. She was an impeccable lady and immensely helpful when everyone else in that office cant see the world past their entitled arrogance. Sadly they fired Mary or "forced retirement" it hasn't been the same since. Loan payment are such a hassle and not intuitive, the online system always shows a different amount that what is actually owed and the customer service people tell you its your problem. Every time I call the information is never the same I always get transferred around just for my actual issue to not actually be resolved I will be pulling my obey and going else where my check is lost and rather then deposit the check it can only be reissued then they wanna charge you a rush fee sure they say oh it will be waived it never is the pacify you in the phone and since exact opposite of what they actually said they were gonna do I have been with them for years and for the first time I am considering withdrawing my ... read more
These guys are always try to sell mortgage loans for higher APR. when whole market was giving for lesser APR, this guy holded me untill closing as i was desperate to close it soon. when all the financial institutions were giving 4.5 APR, this guy gave it 5.5 APR. Due to which i have been paying lots of interest from long. If you want fast processing & trusted bank then go for this bank, I had to finish it in a week time so i had to go with this bank. If you want better rates and less burden on EMI's, look for better options ... read more
This is a great bank. I wish it had more co-op atms where I live.
At Fidelity the ladies know their customers by name! I appreciate small banks. You get better products, better rates and better service.
