I agree with other customers, especially Tonya Davis (prior review) who’ve said the customer service is rude and unprofessional. And unless you never plan to travel outside the Northeast, banking with Fidelity really doesn’t make much sense.
It's sad that my job gets our paychecks from them and now u need a account to cash it it was convient since it was so close to my job to cash but now we can't this bank is the worst
