Hello, in general terms in terms of service and attention I am really satisfied, although I am new I consider it an excellent bank, but nevertheless, I would like you to place the possibility of changing the language of English to others, since in my case I do not master the English perfectly I use the translator to understand the words I do not know, that would be my only suggestion, thank you for the trust and may God continue to bless you.
I was a loyal client of Fidelity Bank for many years. Stayed with them even after moving to Gainesville, which turned every visit to my bank into a 40-minute highway roundtrip. Yes, I really liked them. Then they got acquired by Ameris. First they removed most of Fidelity's convenience features, such as ability to manage both personal and business accounts on the same web page.
