I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was very concerning. This accounting office accidentally gave me someone else’s pay slips, which contain sensitive personal and financial information. When I went back to return the documents and let them know about the mistake, I expected at least an apology. Instead, the staff told us it was our fault for taking the wrong documents. I paid $100 for the service, but they do nothing!! My information on W-2 was wrong because my boss mistake. They didn’t tell me anything and then i only know when the IRS sent me a mail. I have to fix the wrong information by myself. I waited so long and ask if they can help me check my refund status and they said they cannot do that. So useless. Don’t waste your money here. I has been 2 years and i still didn’t get my tax refund.
