Unreliable. No consistency. For a private facility that charges 4000$ + a month they obviously don’t screen their help. And there are never enough workers. My mom died due to a fall. She had burns they denied and had no explanation for. They didn’t brush her teeth for days. Never enough water to drink. Left her in her bed dirty. Need their license revolted.
