I came to FPM to get a second opinion on my Taxes for 2023. When the firm filed my Amended Return that resulted in a sizeable tax bill, I was not notified about the completion of the return or the reason for the large bill until I filed my 2024 Taxes. When I met with the accountant concerning this issue, I was not treated professionally.
Reliability: 5/5. Friendliness and approachability: 5/5. Fair pricing: 5/5. Skill: 5/5. FPM has gone above and beyond on those occasions when I have not been able to timely provide the requested information; they have done *more* than what I would typically expect an accounting firm to do. I have dealt with many accountants over the years and FPM is a 100% solid accounting firm.
All my interactions with this firm have been fabulous. I would recommend them to everyone.
This firm is absolutely incompetent - They dropped the ball on some tax work that needed skilled attention, lt never got accomplished, As a customer l ended up finishing work that l paid for. They don't return calls and the reception- person is beyond rude - Look elsewhere
