Tried the dry flotation and their Proteus workout and enjoyed both. Service is 5*! They did a great job explaining everything and also supervising my workout (it was my first time). Looking forward to trying more!
The knowledge that the staff, in particular Pam, impart is second to none. Between the weekly written content and the hands on information while in person, it is the best workout/recovery boutique in New York City. Pam is constantly bringing in experts on particular topics and then introducing clients to the tools to live out what the experts preach. Everyone should check out FICS-PRTL New York!
Awesome spot and well informed staff. Rosie was great and will definitely be back. Highly recommended if your body is feeling out of it from too much activity.
