I've only had to go in person to the credit union twice since I opened my account years ago. Both times Andy B. was there and resolved my issues or answered my questions quickly. He was great! Would recommend.
I had issues with my account and got the run around all morning was about to give up and called 1 more time. I spoke with Truman and he was a blessing. Resolved the issue and was patient and kind. Love this bank! To add to this today 5/7 I had the pleasure of speaking with Angelica and she resolved my issue and helped me understand about my loan. THANK YOU
I own an auto dealership that recently paid off a members loan by a certified cashiers check. We do this with hundreds of lenders yearly on a regular basis. The normal time for a lender to send release of lien request to the DMV is 5-10 days so that we obtain a free and clear title. By Florida law the lienholder must complete and file a satisfaction notice within 10 days after loan is fully paid.
