The teller that assisted me in the transaction was nothing but polite the entire time. The bank overall has good vibes, and is very friendly and helpful to deal with. A+
Truman is amazing. I’ve been going to this bank for a while now and his customer service has always been amazing. Jeffords st. Clearwater location. He treats his customers with respect and dignity. I salute him. I’ve had some issues with the customer service/loan dept which was very unprofessional unfortunately but thanks to Truman and FiCare I’ve stayed with the Company. One of the best banks I’ve been with by far.
