I have been with FiCare since the early '90s. They helped me rebuild my credit after my divorce. I am not tech savvy. Truman ALWAYS walks me through when I am having online banking issues. He is professional & (VERY) patient.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Angelica over the phone today, and I just wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service she provided. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed.
