I have been a Fibernet customer for over 10 years. I can't say enough about the support provided to me from Fibernet. I manage 30+ offices throughout the US and when I am in trouble whether it's with Data or Voice, I just call Chris at Fibernet and he opens a ticket with the ISP and follows through until everything has been resolved.
