Jushawn was great! Took the time to actually check the signal coming into the modem. Signal was weak and below the reading required for a strong signal. Saw a kink in the line and re-ran the wire in the wall unit. Then the signal was better. Prior technicians did not ever check the signal coming it. Hopefully this fixes the problem.
James G serviced my home today and I'm extremely happy with his service. He walked me through the process of internet setup and in less than 30 minutes my Internet was up and running. I definitely will recommend again!
I was very pleased with the service and help provided by James. He was courteous, pleasant and quite patient in answering my questions. James did a great job.
I want to commend Kelvin for their excellent service during their visit to work on my internet. He arrived on time, very professional, and clearly explained the issue and the steps to install new fiber cable. This is his second time in the house. I’m very impressed with their knowledge and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you Kelvin for a job well done!
Although not ready for service just yet, I have had a really good experience walking through the process. Sarah and Scott always went out of the way to help me, to meet and work on services and etc. She was always in touch and I appreciate the consistency. I’m excited for us to get a little further in the process in 2025.
