Richard was precisely on time. He followed the procedures, put his booties on came in the house. Very helpful. Installed the new modem. Extremely knowledgeable about what he's doing. As far as service goes, he'd be like a redwood and a grassy field. Thanks for all the help.

I had ongoing internet issues that were really frustrating, but Richard was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot even after hours and was always flexible and responsive by text, despite his own busy schedule. It was so nice to not have to start over by putting in a trouble ticket again, but instead being able to contact him directly. I had an amazing experience , had an issue setting up my internet called in spoke with Mr.Joe and he had a tech come out with in an hour! Cody came out and was quick and efficient with helping me get online. I’m new to this service and the way I was treated has me excited about this journey and made my decision in making the switch seem like a good one ! 5 star service 🤏🏾🤏🏾

Josh was wonderful. He took care of the our internet set up quickly. He was here earlier than scheduled and was very professional. Any question's we had, he had the answer to and was very knowledgeable with the equipment. He is definitely a 5 star employee.
