Richard provided outstanding service! He arrived in record time and had our internet up and running faster than I expected. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is both so quick and so thorough. Richard made the experience completely stress-free, and I truly appreciate his excellent work. I highly recommend him to anyone needing internet service or repairs. Thank you, Richard, for the fantastic service!
I would like to take the time to thank and appreciate all the hard work Ryan does every time we’ve had issues with another company destroying and interrupting our service. Ryan has has always come to our rescue in a very quickly time frame. Every time he comes over he is so sweet and polite and so very much profesional. I had a great experience with Fiber Fast Homes. Richard was professional, timely, and kept me informed throughout the process. He updated my equipment, made sure everything was working properly, and took the time to ensure I was familiar with the new app for managing my Wi-Fi services. His attention to customer service and willingness to explain everything clearly made the transition seamless. The upgrades have made a noticeable improvement to my overall experience. Highly recommend Richard and the team at Fiber Fast Homes!
Joe has been great to work with. He took the time to build a connection and consistently followed up to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. He is friendly, professional, and truly cares about providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend working with Joe!
Richard was just at my house and installed a Wi-Fi expander modem. Did his job very quickly, checked all the signal strength from the front of the house to the back of the house, and answered all of my questions. Very nice, very professional. Gave me his card with the instructions to text him with any problems or issues anytime.
