I had ongoing internet issues that were really frustrating, but Richard was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond by helping me troubleshoot even after hours and was always flexible and responsive by text, despite his own busy schedule. I had an amazing experience , had an issue setting up my internet called in spoke with Mr.Joe and he had a tech come out with in an hour! Cody came out and was quick and efficient with helping me get online. I’m new to this service and the way I was treated has me excited about this journey and made my decision in making the switch seem like a good one ! 5 star service 🤏🏾🤏🏾

Richard was a great technician who installed a new router at my home. He was on time to the appointment, polite, and professional. He efficiently set up the router, helped me download and set up the app, and allowed me time to check my devices to make sure everything was working properly. In addition, everyone I worked with prior to Richard on the phone was helpful in solving my problem in a timely and efficient manner.

Thank you, FiberFast. I appreciated Richard’s helpful approach to my service call. Upon fixing the broken Fiber cap in the yard (which he originally was sent out for), I mentioned a recent call I had, and he went above and beyond assisting me to with updating my equipment, and I am back to 100%. James, Hudson, and the rest of the team at Fiber Fast were very friendly, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to needs as a customer. They got my connection immediately and the service is now lightning fast.
