After getting settled from our move, it was time to concentrate on the “playground”. I was so worried as I’ve never had interaction with Fast Fiber Internet. We had a great experience with Richard! He was on time, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure our service was working perfectly, and even wore shoe covers to get in the house. It’s rare to get this level of care and attention these days. We really appreciate the excellent customer service — highly recommend!
Richard was very helpful today! He even pointed out that an extender was in the wrong location in my home. He was very fast and efficient and said he would check in to make sure I was happy with the service. He already presented another alternative of it doesn’t.
this was the 3rd time that Richard stopped by and helped out with my extender’s. He confirmed immediately and was at my house within the hour and fixed the problem very fast. The customer service is exceptional and highly recommended!! Thanks again for your help it was greatly appreciated!!
Richard was very easy to talk to and was incredibly helpful! He diagnosed an issue we've been having for almost two weeks almost immediately and was able to fix in less than 20 minutes. We were very pleased with how quickly he was able to come out and fix our problem. Would highly recommend, can't get this kind of help from a huge chain like xfinity.
