Richard was great. He provided us with great service on time. He was very communicative, respectful and helpful! He took his time to help us out with all the questions and issues we had, also didn’t hesitate to come the next day first thing in the morning with the rest of the work that we had to ask to come another time due to our busy schedule! Richard came to fix our internet and he was very helpful, knowledgeable , we had a great experience with him. He didn’t hesitate to answer all of our questions and explained us everything with patience.We were rushing and he finished everything very fast on time, a great hardworking man. Thank you So much for helping us out with changing the name of the wifi password as well and bringing our wifi back! We had a great experience with Richard! He was on time, professional, and really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure our service was working perfectly, and even wore shoe covers to get in the house. It’s rare to get this level of care and attention these days. We really appreciate the excellent customer service — highly recommend!

Richard was very helpful today! He even pointed out that an extender was in the wrong location in my home. He was very fast and efficient and said he would check in to make sure I was happy with the service. He already presented another alternative of it doesn’t.
