These people are awful. They sent my son a letter in the mail for payment on an Emergency room visit. The outside of the letter stated COVID 19 UPDATE INSIDE. How dare you use this fear tatic when people are loosing their lives. Our family also personally dealt with the virus I AM FURIOUS. YOU ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE.
