They lied about a FCFS at a delivery location yet they knew well that the load had an afternoon appointment. Ended up losing the whole day waiting to unload.

On several loads that we did for this broker they lied to us about a pickup time we ended up losing three additional days on each time with no compensation I suggest you stay away since the lady that works with this brokerage is dishonest and is unwilling to pay even when they take additional days from your week it is very unfortunate since our relationship started off pretty decent and then it went South. We have been working with FIA Freight for almost a year; a screenshot below shows our monthly concetration loads is around 20K; we never had a problem, getting our loads paid on time; Moreover, their brokers and accountant team go far and beyond to pay our Factoring company quicker to make sure we get paid on time. Kathy, Reinan and their team is best of of the best.. keep the good work up
