They unloaded my trailer, drove it into the yard with the doors open and the generator running, I've been waiting in the Bob Tel parking lot for five hours for a call. these people are not interested in drivers from outside companies at all. If I hadn't gone to find my trailer and see that it was unloaded, I probably would still be standing there waiting in the Bob Tel parking lot. 🤣.

Woman working inside office was rotten and gave wrong directions to the bathroom. Couldn't see the sign on the open door because it wasn't visible from the way you have to go to access it. Had to use the restroom really bad. She had the nerve to mouth off to me because I went exactly where she directed me to go???? She gave me dirty looks and the tone of a spoiled 5 yr old child who was not getting her way. If I treated a visitor this way with the company I work for my employment would be immediately terminated. Just saying.

They get 1 star because I’m only an hour before my appointment and they told me to park on the street instead of letting me park inside.
