Had appointment 10am enter facility 2am ( 8 hours before ) checked me in and told me drop the trailer and park where all the bobtail trucks were parked and I got call for check out before 10am ,,, THANK YOU
Very bad management and system.. almost 7 hours here my appointment time 8am for delivery.. 4 30 pm now …still waiting for my trailer…. I missed my another load ..
