Mary was very attentive in demonstrating the sofas to us. She showed us the full range of products and even provided a sample of the sofa color we liked.
We love our new Cloods sofa. It’s the perfect balance of comfy and firm, and the versatility is awesome! Our living room has a big and oddly-shaped pillar with a short sofa wall, so flexibility was a must, and I don’t think we could have found a better sofa for the space. Kami and Mary were both amazing - super helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. Although our shipment for the extra couch covers was delayed by UPS, they stayed on top of it and kept us updated every step of the way. The couches themselves are excellent quality. I’d absolutely recommend them for their above-and-beyond customer service and great products.
