Based on the information I provided Few Moves online agent I received a written estimate for a move from Connecticut to Raleigh North Carolina on the understanding that I did not have a set date to move as my house was yet to sell. I was told I could lock in the cost estimate by paying a refundable deposit of $3000. A place hold was confirmed in writing with an arbitrary date for the move. No actual move date was arranged. Do not use. Paid a deposit to HOLD for a future move date, made NO fixed date for a move. All agreed with sales rep and in contract. They then claimed we broke move date and took deposit. All the sales reps we had worked details out with were ‘no longer with the company’, administrator lied about conversations we had. Owner refused to talk to us, phone calls unanswered , letters written to us purported to from owner not signed. Contacted attorney who wrote Few Moves, they did not respond . Few moves took $3000 from us.
