What I like about the service is that Andrew Fette is always available and helpful whenever I have a question about a product and if he knows the answer we are good and if he doesn't he will get the answer for you. Example, I wanted an extra battery for my E-bike, Andrew wasn't sure of the price and he admitted he will have to call it in to get a price from the manufacture which I find to be exempilary as most business will just throw out a figure and say it's about that and when the product comes in it's no where near the q... read more

Great shop with wonderful people. Andrew guided me through my first e-bike purchase and made everything so easy! My bike is amazing, I’m so happy with the quality and I know if I ever need any support or have any questions that Fetty’s will be there for me.
