Absolutely the best bike shop I've ever used. The owner Andrew knows his business is incredibly helpful and detail-oriented. Fetty's kept me up to date on my complicated work order and delivered top notch results.
We are an hour away from the shop, (Fetty's being the nearest that handled warranty work on our brand of e-bike). I called because our new e-bike was not registering speed and no had power assist. Andrew took the time to explain what we could check before driving out to him. It worked. Thank you so much for your assistance!

Very helpful and kind definitely recommend. Not from around here but needed a quick fix and he was able to do it in a short amount of time so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation.
