First off I'm a 63 yr old male that hasn't been on a bike for 27 years, just had a hip replacement and ended up buying a box store cheap bike just to see if I feel this something I can do. I explained this to them and they didn't make me feel funny at all. I needed a few things helmet, riding accessories. They were great people and understanding..super friendly and knowledgeable.
