I paid $1000 in January 2024 to order 100 die cut unit coins to be delivered in 4weeks. Things got busy for them, and they couldn’t deliver in time. I asked for a refund. Instead they suggested that they could deliver small two sided aluminum signs depicting our unit logo for half the price. I agreed. They delivered the small signs but still have not reimbursed my $500 as of today.
