I have had problems with getting my points twice! Yesterday I bought two boxes of Recees peanut butter sandwiches. I took a picture of promotion. I was supposed to get over 1,000 points but they only gave me 25. I did everything to retreve my missing point and twice it was not approved. In my opinion this is just another RIP OFF Company! I have referred many to Fetch but regret that deeply! This is Not an upstanding company!
Scam I spent about 2 hours trying to get a 10 dollar visa card only to be told somebody got the code before me meaning they're recycling codes
If I can give no stars for this review I would! Not only is this app is a scam to most user their customer services are unprofessional, and far from helpful. I redeem a told of 55,000 out of 61,000 points and got rejected and penalties 6,000 point taken away. Leaving me with 55,000. Due to violation, I followed their rules scan receipts once and play their games to earn points. Some how I broke the rules. So I tried to redeem 28,000 point for 25 gift card just to rejected again for the same reason and penalties again. How if... read more
Scam!!!!! Earned up to 75,000 point and got penalties for violations and took 25,000 point away. Asked why. They said I didn’t follow this rules. Read their rules i didn’t break but they said no matter what they will not discuss the matter no more. If I keeps asking I will be suspended. I only emailed them once. I’m done with fetch app.
