I had to cancel a grooming appointment this morning because of an unexpected passing of my best friend Ryker last night. These guys just had flowers delivered to my house. Completely unexpected and I appreciate it so much. Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend shopping here with people that understand the emotional connection with your furry family members.
This has got to be the worst bath you own dog. 1. they give you 2 small towels and a scrubby and a tiny bottle of shampoo which is so thick it's hard to get out of the bottle. 2. you are supposed to dry you dog in the same tub that you just washed them in. how are you to get the dog dry if you already in a wet tub took forever to get my dog 1/2 dry. 3. no brushes or combs to use 4. expensive $25 dollars to use. they only benefit is you don't have to clean up. 5. Its got all the goodies (treats and health items) a pet owner can ask for. Need to clean your pet but dont want to hand over the scoundrel to another person? Perfect you can wash them yourself there!
There are cheaper options but it’s worth it (they also have a military discount). This place is amazing! They took such good care of my Cali. She gets excited every time we pull up to that green building. We’ve done daycare, boarding, and lessons here. The staff is always so sweet and attentive. Even remembering her by name which says a lot accounting for how many dogs come through there. I’m moving from the area and on her last day they gave us the sweetest card that made me cry. We need a “Fetch” wherever we get stationed.... read more
