I give it a three it’s a good store but the prices are pretty expensive, but I like how it’s clean and I love looking at the treats there

I’ll never be able to say enough good things. This place and the staff are amazing with my sweet Jake. He was anxious after being rescued and daycare has fixed him so much. He loves the daycare staff and I love how much they love him. When he was showing some small behaviors I mentioned a few things that work at home and they did them! Not many daycare or boarding places will listen like that. Will keep coming back more and more because they care deeply about my most precious treasure. Love that I can trust them with him.

Had to call in today to complain - I saw an employee kicking at the dogs, hitting them w the fence gate, and using her lanyard to hit them while outside. Heavily unimpressed as there was a second employee that didn’t say anything and acted as if it was normal. Their yard area is behind, so not much access in terms of visibility. I worry if this is a common occurrence or just a bad employee - either way, completely unacceptable to abuse animals in their care. I certainly hope this employee was let go.
