Usually love Festival Place but the Santa Grotto this year was so disappointing. The set was brilliant but the Father Christmas wasn’t very enthusiastic and both the girls presents were broken. Not great getting presents that are wet and pieces missing. So sad for my children.
Visited Santas Grotto this morning and well.. we were extremely disappointed. Okay, we didn’t book but there was no-one in there at 12:20pm. We walked in and my little girl was trying to tell the manager about the train and she just said ‘yeah but that’s not your name sweetheart’… for context my little girl is 2. RecommendedAfter paying for my car parking, I got to the car and it was dead. I panicked but Mohamed who works there was amazing! He went and got a battery pack for me and managed to get my car started. Mohamed was professional, calming and so caring towards me. What a fantastic man!!!
