Tara was AMAZING. I truly believe that her technique encouraged my body to go into labor. She was gentle, explained the whole procedure and listened to me. She made me feel comfortable the whole time and truly cared about me. Highly recommend scheduling an acupuncture appointment with her!
Tara is not only incredible at what she does... she has a lovely and supportive bedside manner as well — which means a lot when your hormones are going haywire!. Your results may vary (of course), but I did conceive the first cycle after coming into her wonderful care. And don't think that was an accident. I continued seeing her throughout my pregnancy and had blissfully few symptoms compared to the other pregnant women I knew and were around at the time — a feat I credit to Tara and the acupuncture and cupping treatments sh... read more

My experience with Tara has been amazing and I cannot say enough good things about her and her practice. She's kind, informative and collaborative. She always makes me feel taken care of, especially when I have a million questions. She really listens and cares. I look forward to continuing to work with Tara and I'm so glad I met her!
I’ve only had acupuncture inside a chiropractor office before. I was skeptical and edgy my first visit. Tara did not push back against my demeanor. She lulled me in to a calm. I feel quickly into that relaxed state where your arm jerks and you realize you were falling asleep. She also performed cupping which I had never had. I’m quite pleased that I gave this a shot.
