Joanne has such a calming voice and explains things so well, including the science behind hypnotherapy. She is a great, and taught me how to self hypnotize and reduce my stress. Strongly recommend anyone thinking about trying hypnotherapy to contact her.

Great results! Joanne is amazing at what she does. The room that she uses is comfortable and her voice is soothing which allows you to relax into a hypnotic state easily. She asked me several specific questions and made a plan tailor fit to me. After my visits, I was able to overcome my obstacles and achieve my desired results.
