Joanne is an amazing hypnotist along with being a kind and warm person. This was important to me because I was easily able to connect with her as I started on my hypnosis journey. I have always suffered from anxiety and needed to be able to undergo a medical procedure. From the very first session she showed me techniques to lower the anxiety and thru hypnosis how I could truly relax and drop my fear. I also need to lose weight, this is one of her specialties. Could not recommend Joanne enough!!! I did six sessions with her and it was truly the most impactful form of meditation I’ve ever experienced. She is so good at what she does and I felt so calm and relaxed after every session. She also taught me amazing techniques to do on my own which have been super helpful. If you are thinking about trying hypnosis for whatever reason, this is your sign because it truly works and Joanne is incredible!
