Walking in it's a feeling of warmth not fear or being nervous. I absolutely loved it and we laughed while doing the paperwork! He is really a great man and funny so it's the best of both worlds here. Fast but not rushing you out at all. I don't remember the receptionists name but she was lovely and she was happy to greet us walking in!
