Ferraro & Singh was engaged on recommendation for a deceased estate. Representation was extremely poor, lack of communication, issues with billing , rude when invoices questioned, deceit witnessed taking advantage of our vulnerability for our loss. Would not recommend them and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
Nagisa assisted me in purchasing my first property. She was so patient answering every question I had about the process. Very prompt and very diligent. Her advice had saved me from making offers on irresponsible properties. Everything was done online but she's so warm and friendly you'd probably want to give her a hug if you meet her in person.
