As a Ferrari owner, I expected a welcoming and professional experience when I visited this store on Thursday, 21 August 2025 around 11:00 AM to request model-specific information using my vehicle’s VIN. Unfortunately, the interaction was the complete opposite. The supervisor/manager I dealt with was rude, uptight, and unhelpful, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
