Sam at the Marion store was an absolute blessing. We had some issues with the order not being delivered and he organised an in store option to be tailored for the event, he then went out of his way to have the pants rehemmed the day before the event as they had accidentally been made too short and another sales assistant had advised us there wasn't much that could be done. Service like Sam's is what saved us from a great deal of frustration and a negative experience. We seriously appreciated everything he did.
Amazing service With helping fit my son for his formal. The sales representative was so kind and encouraging, especially after he found out it was my sons first ever formal. He went above and beyond to help my son feel comfortable and he looked stunning I was so proud. Thank you Ferrari for making my son feel special.
Went in with no knowledge about suits or with how to even tie my own tie and walked out feeling fully prepared for any formal occasion! The guy was really helpful and knowledgeable and even showed me how to tie my own tie! Amazing service, so friendly and helpful would 200% recommend!
Thank you to the rude staff for the judge looks and for telling my partner and his best man to “just have a look” and not assist with anything, because of that we found an amazing suit from Calibre and spent $8000 on them instead 😊
