I wish I could leave this company ZERO stars. This company has absolutely no regard for costumer service or needs. The company’s “boss” Mike is extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. He has a terrible attitude and tone. He will scream at you, call you names like “little girl” or “you’re a brat” and then hang up on you. I’ve left a bad review for this company before and they’ve asked me to take it down if they fixed my boiler in exchange. They constantly park their trucks on protected bike lines creating a very dangerous situation for people commuting down 9th. They show a complete disregard for the safety of people in our community.

I have used Ferrantino Fuel Corp for over 15 years and would not change them for any other fuel company. They are responsive with emergency inquiries and very courteous with their clients.
