Always met with kindness here. Made serval non regrettable purchases, the quality is Exellent. I honestly feel the people who left a bad review are spoiled people. They don’t understand the limitations of warranties and expect way too much of customer service. If you don’t come across a standoffish representative in a luxury store you don’t know how to shop in a luxury store.
