I had my 3rd massage with Casey last week. I battle two autoimmune disorders that affect my muscles/ Skeletal system so, I believe in ciro and massage to handle my pain and discomfort over Cortizone shots, and pills. I am a loyal once a month massage client. Casey, was very effective in helping my chief complaint of tight hamstrings and neck. I visit Sylva twice a year, and my appointments at Fernwater Wellness are always one of the highlights of the trip. I had a fantastic 60 minute massage with Casey. The space is so peaceful with the sound of the creek in the background. Casey made me feel comfortable right away and really took her time listening to my concerns before the massage. She customized the massage to address my needs and I left feeling pain free and relaxed. For anyone struggling with migraines, Casey is the best in Western NC. I will definitely be back!
