I have suffered from bunion issues for longer than I remember not! I have visited countless physios and podiatrists and have done my own research and have felt at a loss hearing and trying the same suggestions on repeat, so I was gratefully surprised that Catherine McLellan (Fernie clinic) taught me some new things (especially regarding taping). Rachel is an amazing physiotherapist! I ruptured the ligament of my foot and had a sprained ankle and in a month she did a wonderful job.
My son broke the tip of his humerus by the elbow and was in a cast for a month and was having trouble moving it past 90’ for a few weeks after cast removal. I was worried, so I booked in for physio with Rachel Cline and she was fantastic with him. Couple sessions later and we have FULL Range Of Motion. No fear or pain. Super informative and gave us fun exercises catered to what my 6 year old would be keen about. 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing service. I worked with Rachel to strengthen my knee for running. I went from struggling to run without pain to competing in a race with no issues. I definitely recommend her and Fernie Physio in general!
