Ferne is a beautiful boutique with lots of Michigan pieces. I also appreciate not being followed around when shopping but also being able to ask for help if needed. Thanks ladies!

My sister and I spent the day shopping in Ann Arbor recently. We absolutely LOVED this boutique! The inventory was so awesome and the owner was a complete doll and made our experience awesome. I came home with some adorable jeans!
Went to this store 3 weeks ago and was very offput by the lack of customer service. Walked into an empty store, was not greeted or even approached by the blonde behind the counter. I tried on 3 sweaters for local sports teams and would have bought all of them but couldn’t get over the cold feeling of the store and ended up leaving with none instead. As I walked out the door I still wasn’t wished goodbye or acknowledged. A little greeting goes a long way!
