Went to this store 3 weeks ago and was very offput by the lack of customer service. Walked into an empty store, was not greeted or even approached by the blonde behind the counter. I tried on 3 sweaters for local sports teams and would have bought all of them but couldn’t get over the cold feeling of the store and ended up leaving with none instead. As I walked out the door I still wasn’t wished goodbye or acknowledged. A little greeting goes a long way!
Super cute store! The clothing options are great and the accessories are adorable! Staff was very helpful and so friendly! I will be back.

I’m not usually a boutique shopper because it intimidates me. I had the opportunity to attend a private shopping event at Ferne’s though and it changed everything. Dani was the absolute best. She was so patient with my inexperience and by the end had me in clothing that made me feel so feminine and pretty. Laura is also lovely, lovely, lovely and her vision for this store is priceless. My heartfelt gratitude to both of them!!
