This is an amazing Care Home. Chrissy and every single person that work there showed our Mum so much kindness and compassion during her stay, nothing was too much trouble. As a family we were always made to feel very welcome whenever we visited. Unfortunately Mum passed away at the Home but the End of Life care she was given was exceptional, for which we will be forever grateful. Highly recommended, thank you Ferndale. Lisa Parry-Jones

My mum has been here last 2years. Cant praise them enough for their kindness, expertise, and generally giving my mum the best care possible in her declining state. My mum was really unhappy for the first couple of months, but through their kindness, she soon grew to love it there and she saw the staff as her best friends. No place better
