I came down to Bristol for a course being held in the city centre. I didn’t really want to stay in a hotel as such so had a search and found this little gem. I can’t recommend it highly enough. For me, everything was just perfect. Steve is always at the end of the phone if you need to speak to him. The location is super, such a beautiful village. Regrettably we reached the point where mum needed more care than we could give her at home; with what support was available in the community. Reluctantly we found Ferndale Mews Dementia Nursing Care Home, and how very lucky were we?. EVERYONE from the manager through to the maintenance person has the interests of the resident as their number one priority.
