Can't believe this place still going absolutely disgraceful made my concerns Felt to staff who had no recall of me saying this have actually got a vid of mum agitated,10 hours later in hospital, heart rate 180 ..dead 10 days later sepsis...not qualified to spot the obvious. Excuses to fill a skip.stay clear.plz.this place should be shut down. Change hands i believe, or name . Stay clear plz.

Absolutely shocking. My mother was burnt badly and they “apparently” don’t know who did it?! She had fallen out of the bed too and just very badly run

I wrote a review some weeks ago in the hope that things at Fer Dale Court would improve, howe er to my dismay they have got worse (if that is at all possible). My dear dear Mother in law has been here for approx 6 months and the other day when myself and husband visited she was sat in her chair eating her lunch with most of it Down her top, if that wasn't bad enough, it was cold not cut up into manageable pieces. Tried to find out how my mum was last night by phone for about 50 minutes with no one picking the phone up this morning couldn't put me through to her level as told a fault on the phone system not working properly, when I did get through it was a answer phone asking me to leave a message did this but after two Hrs I phoned again and phone taken to the nurse poor service
