My mum spent two years at Ferndale, I can’t praise this care home highly enough. The staff are consistent and caring and always made me feel welcome when visiting. It always smells clean and fresh and the food is all cooked from scratch in house. There are activities every morning along with visiting entertainment and a lovely garden. I am so pleased that we found this home from home for mums later years.
My dad was a resident here for 5 years.he received top quality care by staff there. It's a lovely home from home care home. The staff are lively and go above and beyond for you.weve never had any issues there at all. I would definitely recommend this care home for anybodies loved ones.
My mum moved in a few days ago and she has settled in very well.the carers are marvellous.the home is spotless.the food is all home cooked and delicious. They do truly care for the residents and have activities every morning I'm so happy for my mum
