I have been suffering with a frozen shoulder for a year now. I had very limited range of motion before I started seeing Dr Bernall. It was hard to put my shirt on, clasp a bra or even reach for things with my left arm. In just a couple of weeks i am able to put my arm behind my back. I have better range of motion.
