Wow, what a great experience. My husband had a flat 15 miles from finishing his ride at our campsite at Ft. Clinch. After I had a taxi on the way to pick him up, I called the shop to explain our situation. Joel said to get him here and he would get him back out rolling. Went in today for a once over on my dual suspension mountain bike. Noah provided exceptional customer service and fantastic technical support on my ride. I wasn’t there to buy, but I was flabbergasted at what a variety of things they have. I will be back for all my cycling needs for sure. Must visit spot.
Brought our bikes in after Lunch on Friday for a couple of accessories. Asked about getting a tuneup and they said they would be done that afternoon or the next morning. They called in 2 hours that the bikes were ready. We were very pleased with the service.
