I’ve been a customer at this shop for years and years, but my most recent experience was terrible.. brought my expensive E bike in for a tire repair and left with a bike that won’t work now. Hoping another shop can repair it and I guess I’ll fork out the money for something I didn’t do. When I picked up the bike he had me show him that the throttle worked, which it did, and then he pushed it so far back that it completely broke and the bike won’t work at all now. I came in from out of town on a holiday weekend to spend time with my daughter. I realized that one of my bikes had a bad tire, and needed it repaired in a pinch. Noah and the gentlemen there were so helpful and even helped me mount and unmount my bikes to my vehicle since I had an injury. I highly recommend this place. Best customer service. They stayed within my budget and performed the work exceptionally fast. I’m so happy with the job they did. 10/10 recommend. I will return in the future. Thanks so much!

I've had this bike for about three days, and I have put so many miles on it. One of the best purchases I have made!! Highly recommend for first time electric bike users. LOVE IT. Chatham Rev 3 Cruiser Electric Bike
