My intention is to provide a transformative massage experience that brings you into an expanded sense of wellness and safety in your body. My work as a massage therapist is trauma informed and nervous system focused. With my intuitive and holistic approach to massage, I create a small bubble in space and time where your mind, body and soul can hit the reset button.

Very relaxing
Best massage I’ve ever had!
It was great, I’d recommend Fern and Foster to everyone it’s a very pleasant atmosphere, good relaxing music and the massage really helped loosen my muscles. Definitely worth the time and money.
My massage was great. I plan on returning.
