Some of the staff could be much friendlier and more helpful. The children's pool is quite underwhelming compared to other local centres, which offer pool toys and regular kids' events to keep them engaged. The steam room often breaks down and tends to have an unpleasant smell — it would really benefit from regular maintenance and fresh essence. On the positive side, the gym facilities are good and well maintained. Overall, for a centre that should be the heart of the community, it falls disappointingly short.
