Update 8/01: I am changing my review to 1 star. I recommend this bike to my sister, she tried mine out and loved it, so she bought one for her family. Upon arrival, it was missing a part. She tried to contact the company multiple times and didn’t get a response until she gave a bad review (red flag). Then, David told her “oh I remember this bike. The part you’re looking for is here”, which is wasn’t, obviously. He then said, rudely, “I’ll see if I can find a spare” and has gone quiet on the net. She spent $2600 on this thing... read more
We just got our Ferla Inspire e-bike this week and already love it. You can tell it is really well-made and thoughtfully designed. Customer service so far has been great and very prompt. I would absolutely suggest paying for the pro-build. It arrived well packaged, and my 3 kids fit easily, could fit a 4th. It’s not a cheap purchase, but we intend to use this to get to school everyday rather than wait in the car pickup line. Very happy so far!
I am so frustrated by my entire exchange with Ferla. First, the bike arrived to the east coast without the front wheel axel, to which we tore the box apart looking for, then I tried to submit multiple support requests because you can’t get anyone on the phone. I even tried selecting Sales on the phone instead of support and it says it’s an invalid selection. Nothing.
