Update 9/17 (5 stars to 4 stars): This bike is great, but be forewarned that customer service can be lack luster (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Both my bike and my sisters bike (I convinced her to buy one) were missing pieces when they arrived and had to be rectified by the company. Once the bike is in working order, it’s wonderfully fun to ride. I’ll be buying a second seat for my newborn daughter to ride with us next spring/summer. Update 9/4/25: after almost two months we finally got to ride the bike and, just as we knew we would, we loved it. The battery wouldn’t charge, we found out once we finally had the front axel, and ferla was very responsive in sending us a new one. Took a couple bad reviews but at least it was all resolved and my girls love the bike. I am so frustrated by my entire exchange with Ferla. It's like art, love this bike.
Update 8/01: I am changing my review to 1 star. I recommend this bike to my sister, she tried mine out and loved it, so she bought one for her family. Upon arrival, it was missing a part. She tried to contact the company multiple times and didn’t get a response until she gave a bad review (red flag). Then, David told her “oh I remember this bike. The part you’re looking for is here”, which is wasn’t, obviously. He then said, rudely, “I’ll see if I can find a spare” and has gone quiet on the net. She spent $2600 on this thing... read more
We just got our Ferla Inspire e-bike this week and already love it. You can tell it is really well-made and thoughtfully designed. Customer service so far has been great and very prompt. I would absolutely suggest paying for the pro-build. It arrived well packaged, and my 3 kids fit easily, could fit a 4th. It’s not a cheap purchase, but we intend to use this to get to school everyday rather than wait in the car pickup line. Very happy so far!
