Had an issue last night. I called knowing they may be closed, 4:57 pm. No, I got an answer with a reply they would have the tech call me! Sure enough he called and walked.me through everything and even told me to text him how things were going. I did as he instructed and everything went well. He then proceeded to text me this morning to make sure everything was going OK! If your thinking of getting a pellets stove I cannot say enough good about Fergusons! You won't regret it. Thank you again Jamie!
