I called from an Insurance Company as a courtesy call to let this branch know that an insured vehicle that they have financed no longer is covered. I was told that I need to go to their website and post the cancellation notice. I told the woman that I was t going to do that. If they can’t pull the file up and get somebody to contact their customer, I don’t feel like they are that concerned. I don’t NEED to do anything! I was merely calling as a courtesy to them.
