Everyone is so friendly and happy there, never had any issues with accounts. Service is fast, just wish there was a Ferguson in Hattiesburg or Oak Grove too.
I can never seem to get a loan here anymore even though I was never late and paid off my last loan in full. Why bank here when they won't give me a loan. Next week my direct deposit will go another bank. Zellco is better anyway
Their force place insurance.. is definitely a rip off. I was sick and got behind.. come to find out they force 5 times the amount pay.. and they care less to help. Now it’s even harder to catch up because of this rip off…I hate I done business here.. they are very nice processing the loan after than they are cold hearted and rude. Beware.. warranty is definitely a rip off. Then Ferguson claims they have nothing to do with it! I’ll go elsewhere if it a choice. Your thank me later.
