Our staff has had over 15 yrs of experience and are happy to help with direct billing to your insurance, government, WCB, NIHB, and DVA. Our goal is to provide you helpful, friendly service to meet all your hearing needs.

It was my first time here and I felt extremely well taken care of. The staff were so friendly, explained my hearing test procedure and they were really easy to interact with. They recommended that I flush my ear drum before the test, which I did, and it really aided in me hearing better immediately. Done a hearing test today, Ferguson Family Hearing Centre are awesome and proffessional specially to DENAYE, she explained very well about my hearing test. I definitely recommend this clinic!
Denaye is wonderful - she comes to our retirement facility to check on our resident's hearing several times a month. She is a joy to work with and our residents love her!
