My husband was in for respite care for 4 weeks and got the best care. The staff are so friendly and caring. Thank you to Kathleen and her staff for all their help. 😘
We went to Fergus House today to enquire about getting my mum in as a resident. We were buzzed in through the main entrance then nothing, no one came to speak to us even though someone opened the securely locked entrance door remotely. No one at all showed any concern about 2 strangers wandering round the ground floor looking in through doors and windows. We eventually let ourselves back out and left. I will be reporting this and certainly will not put my mum or recommend this care home to anyone.
