Jayme Durbin, the president of this credit union, is beyond rude and unprofessional. My uncle passed away suddenly and the sheriff gave us a copy of his bank statement. When I called to inquire about his account on day two, I was told a beneficiary was already notified. After speaking with an attorney, I stopped in to visit with Jayme.
