I didn't need their services in the end but intake, consult, etc was very professional. They listened to my concerns and came up with good solutions. This was mostly based on speaking with David Maglich regarding a trust issue.
I'm at a point to where I cannot give a complete review on this law firm but the place is great and my lawyer has done a great job so far so I will update more as my case comes to a close but I feel like things could be better but of course I'm no lawyer and don't know the exact process. I just feel like more work could have been put into case but I'm also on contingency with them so I'm sure they are doing their best to get the best outcome for both them and I. This review is directed to Richard Ganz. For the future of your practice, I suggest you strive to understand the ramifications of mental illness. In our case, much could have been prevented if you had enlisted the help of professionals already associated with this beneficiary. Your actions jeopardized the lives of multiple individuals including the trustee associated with the directives you enacted.
This review is specifically for Michelle Hermey. I have had multiple closings with Michelle and she is 100% the absolute best.
