I just left ferco yesterday it’s one lie after the other. They claim 4 ten hour days with occasional Friday but you work 4 tens and 6 hrs on Friday every Friday. Employees are great but management is awful the hr department shows favoritism moral is lows as it gets nothing to look forward to
This place has went downhill quick after covid. Old management is back so alot of lying to hide where the real problems are once again. Always arguing with people to skip steps that are needed and creating more problems down the line. You work in what they call "cells" now so don't worry about moving up the latter. It also feels like you are constantly being policed instead of a welcoming company to work for so the attitude is always poor.
